Your Orders, One Question Away: QuailOS Meets Your AI Assistant

QuailOS, built at the Undique Business Incubator, now connects to AI assistants through the open MCP standard. Ask what came in today and get your Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Temu, TikTok and eBay orders back in seconds.
Every seller knows the evening routine: open the store dashboard, scroll the orders, count what came in, and hope nothing slipped through. At the Undique Business Incubator we built QuailOS to run our own farm and store operations, and its newest feature turns that routine into one question typed into an AI assistant.
What changed
QuailOS now has an MCP server. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard AI assistants use to call outside tools. Connect your QuailOS to an assistant that supports MCP and ask in plain English: "What orders came in today?" "Look up this customer." "What does my Profit look like this month?"
When we tested it on our own operations and asked for today's orders, it came back with the full list, 11 orders, in seconds. No dashboards, no exports.
What you can ask today
- Orders and customer lookups
- Finances: P&L and ledger transactions
- Tasks and calendar
- Inventory: feed, bird batches, freezer stock and more
- Mileage and time logs
It can also do the busywork for you, with a preview first: add a task, log eggs, add a customer, put an event on the calendar, or log mileage with the IRS deduction figured automatically. Nothing is saved until you confirm.
Built to be safe
- Each farm or business connects with its own API key, and a key can only see its own data.
- There are no delete tools. An AI assistant can read and add, but it cannot wipe your data.
Which stores and which assistants
Shopify orders flow through today, along with Amazon, Walmart, Temu, TikTok and, of course, good old eBay. On the assistant side, QuailOS speaks the open MCP standard rather than locking you into one AI, and it has been submitted to Meta's Muse. Listings in more assistant directories are on the way.
Who this is for
QuailOS was built for all businesses, with farms and hatcheries that sell online in focus, and that is where it fits best today. If you sell farm products or live goods online and want your orders one question away, start on the free Bronze plan at quailos.com/pricing. Paid plans run $9 to $29 a month.
