1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Undique LLC website and "The Incubator" services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Undique provides business consulting, educational workshops, and digital tools for e-commerce entrepreneurs. We offer various subscription tiers ("The Launch", "The Operator", "The Accelerator") which grant access to consulting hours, digital resources, and software tools.

3. Earnings Disclaimer

Important Notice regarding Business Results:

Every business is different, employing different strategic approaches and organizational structures, and offering different products and services. Therefore, individual results will vary from user to user. YOUR BUSINESS MAY NOT EARN ANY MONEY.

Undique LLC does not guarantee that you or your business will achieve any specific financial results or earn any specific amount of income or profit. The content provided is for educational and strategic purposes only. You are solely responsible for your business decisions and their consequences.

4. Subscription & Payments

Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly). At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Undique cancels it.

Refund Policy:

While we strive for client satisfaction, our services involve non-recoverable consulting time and processing costs. In the event a refund is requested and approved after a charge has been processed, a 5% refund processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover administrative and transaction costs.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Undique LLC and its licensors. Our workshops, guides, and templates are for your personal or internal business use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Undique LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
